To help farmers better understand alternatives to fossil fuels, Purdue University has developed a bioenergy Web site that highlights research techniques and information on renewable fuels, ethanol and biodiesel. The Web site covers how ethanol is made from corn, its effect on grain, the value of dried distiller's grains with solubles as a livestock feed, economics of ethanol, ethanol and energy policy and differences in biodiesel quality.
The site can be found at http://www.ces.purdue.edu/bioenergy. The site also links to Purdue Web pages where more articles on feeding biofuels and renewable resources can be found.
