Schwalbe named NPPC director of industry resource development

Prior to joining NPPC, Schwalbe served as senior swine account manager for CEVA Animal Health.

The National Pork Producers Council is pleased to announce that Julie Schwalbe has accepted the director of industry resource development position for NPPC.

Schwalbe will oversee the Pork Alliance membership retention and recruitment, serve as a member of the World Pork Expo team, assist with raising Pork PAC funding and attract revenue from sponsorships thru business development. 
 
Schwalbe brings over 30 years of sales and marketing experience for three Fortune 500 companies – most recently managing accounts with key producers across the United States for CEVA Animal Health as their senior swine account manager. Prior to that, she worked at Zoetis as their team pork strategic account manager. She holds a bachelor of arts from Iowa State University in agricultural business.
 
Her first day was Monday, Nov. 21.
