Economic outlook, labor issues and open-pen gestation will be among the topics addressed at  the 2023 Pork Industry Conference hosted by Four Star Veterinary Service to be held Sept. 12-13 at the Horizon Convention Center in Muncie, Indiana. 

New this year is a rapid-fire session with Four Star veterinarians answering swine health questions from the participants to wrap up the conference. 

Speakers and presentations 

On Tuesday evening, participants will gather for a reception and dinner, with time to visit with onsite vendors. On Wednesday, breakfast will kick off the day's events, with sessions beginning at 8 a.m. (EST). The speakers and sessions include:  

Rounding out Wednesday is the Swine Health Rapid-Fire Session with Four Star veterinarians, followed by lunch and vendor visits. During all sessions participants will have an opportunity to ask questions of the presenters. 

Early bird registration is $25 per person. There is a group discount available for five or more registrants for $20 per person. After Aug. 11, registration is $40 per person.
