Whitney joins Zinpro as swine nutritionist

Extensive swine nutrition expertise supports Zinpro customers and research across the globe.

Zinpro Corp. announces that Mark Whitney has joined the company as swine nutritionist — technical services. With more than 20 years’ experience in swine nutrition, research and on-farm management, Whitney provides technical service support to customers, with a focus on swine production, and contributes to nutritional swine research for Zinpro across the globe.

In addition to his most recent experience as a swine nutrition technical sales specialist for a global animal feed and nutrition company, Whitney worked as an associate professor and swine Extension educator with the University of Minnesota for nearly a decade. He has also worked as a research fellow and swine nutrition research manager at the University of Minnesota and as an assistant Extension swine specialist at North Dakota State University. Whitney earned his doctorate in swine nutrition from the University of Minnesota and his master’s and bachelor’s degrees from North Dakota State University.
