Day-long educational program offered producers a chance to learn ways to improve their operation as well as the great strides being made in the entire industry.

Close to 600 people attended the eighth annual Iowa Swine Day on June 27 on the Iowa State University campus in Ames. Organizers once again put together a program that was packed with highly regarded speakers addressing important issues facing U.S. pork producers, asking producers themselves what in on their minds.
The following slideshow highlights only a small portion of the educational sessions that made up the day-long program.
