New vice president is Rick Sibbel, DVM, Ankeny, IA, Schering-Plough Animal Health. Winner of the Howard Dunne award is William Mengeling, DVM, USDA’s National Animal Disease Center, Ames, IA. The AASV Meritorious Service Award
