The Swine Health Information Center has published an updated fact sheet on Senecavirus A. The fact sheet briefly summarizes on-going SHIC-funded research. The research focuses on viral shedding, disease co-factors, genetic diversity, serological testing, viral distribution and disinfection.
In addition, the center also funded the Iowa State University Center for Food Security and Public Health to produce an extensive review of the current knowledge about SVV. This review and additional information can also be found on the SHIC website.
