Max Armstrong shares that organic food sales rose dramatically during the pandemic, according to a major trade association

Max Armstrong reports on news from the Organic Trade Association that sales of organic farm products rose 12.5% in 2020 and surpassed the $60 billion sales mark. The news comes from the OTA survey, which shows that in almost every organic food idea, sales jumped. Consumer purchases were upended in the pandemic with more people eating at home. Max reports on some of the key areas where those organic sales rose.
