The Minnesota Nutrition Conference will be held Sept. 21-22 at the Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center in Mankato, Minnesota. Now in its 83rd year, the event is a highly regarded and well-known livestock nutrition conference in the upper Midwest.

The conference delivers leading-edge, research-based knowledge to advance sustainable production of beef, dairy, poultry, and swine. This annual event is presented by the Department of Animal Science, University of Minnesota, and University of Minnesota Extension.

Registration is open and includes general session, species sessions (concurrent ruminant and non-ruminant), lunch, light continental breakfast, break refreshments and the welcome reception.

Online pre-registration is $225 through Sept. 1. After that on-site registration will be available at $275. Student registration is $75 with a discount code. Students must contact Pedro Urriola for code before registering.
