The International Distiller’s Grains Conference in Schaumburg, IL, Oct. 21-23 will trace the extraordinary growth of the U.S. ethanol industry, which, in turn, has led to the explosion in production of the co-product, distiller’s dried grains with solubles (DDGS). At its peak, 17 million tons of DDGS is projected to be produced that will create international market opportunities for U.S. livestock, poultry and dairy producers simply from the sheer quantities available

The International Distiller’s Grains Conference in Schaumburg, IL, Oct. 21-23 will trace the extraordinary growth of the U.S. ethanol industry, which, in turn, has led to the explosion in production of the co-product, distiller’s dried grains with solubles (DDGS).

At its peak, 17 million tons of DDGS is projected to be produced that will create international market opportunities for U.S. livestock, poultry and dairy producers simply from the sheer quantities available.

Currently, 11 million tons of DDGS is produced, and about 2 million tons of DDGS are already being exported.

The goal of the DDGS conference is to educate and empower feed ingredient end users with presentations by animal health professionals, producers, researchers and service providers.
