Kerns and Associates welcomes Josh Sonnabend to its team.

Sonnabend joins Kerns and Associates as a procurement specialist and licensed Series 3 trader with specialization on the grain side. Sonnabend, originally from Vernon Center, Minn., graduated in Agricultural Business from Iowa State University.

He joins Kerns and Associates with considerable analytics, merchandising, marketing and procurement expertise gained through his employment for Flint Hills Resources. Sonnabend will be responsible for economic analysis of feed programs, the negotiations of macro and micro ingredients, and specialized feed analytics projects.
