TechMix announces the addition of Ezequiel Guzman in the role of swine product technical manager. Guzman's primary role will be to support the TechMix U.S. swine team for each product within the swine product portfolio. He will join field staff on-farm and will also work closely with the TechMix Innovations team—providing input on production challenges and insights on potential novel technologies.

Guzman is passionate about leveraging analytics tools, emerging technologies and behavioral science to catalyze innovation and organizational transformation in the swine industry. However, he says his greatest mission is being a trusted partner and a true collaborator in solving and meeting customer needs.

Guzman has spent the last 15 years working in the U.S. swine industry across the production continuum. He brings direct production as well as research and development expertise drawing from his education and previous positions with Smithfield Foods and Zoetis. In his most recent job, he worked as pork production specialist and then as a continuous improvement program manager. Throughout his career, Guzman has worked hand in hand with producers, veterinarians and caregivers across the United States to advance animal care while maximizing human potential for sustained change.

Guzman and his wife are outdoor enthusiasts and enjoy summer as well as winter activities at national and state parks. He also enjoys woodworking and listening to jazz from his home in Iowa.
