BarnTools is pleased to welcome Jake Sterle, MBA as customer support specialist. Sterle will report to the director of customer success and be a key contributor to BarnTools' support team through various activities, including inbound support inquiries, technical troubleshooting and general team scaling initiatives.

A native of Roland, Iowa, Sterle completed an internship with the National Pork Board in International Marketing where he enhanced his understanding of foreign markets and engaged with producers and leaders across the swine industry. He also interned for Kerns and Associates, Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium, and New Fashion Pork.

Sterle recently graduated from Iowa State University with a master's in business administration and was concurrently enrolled in the Department of Animal Science and College of Business. He received his bachelor of science degree from Iowa State in animal science with a secondary major in international agriculture.
