The North American Meat Institute elected its officers for the coming year. The new officers are Brian Coelho of Central Valley Meat Co. Inc., chairman of the Board of Directors; Mike Townsley of Bob Evans Farms Inc., vice chairman; John Vatri of Cardinal Meat Specialists Ltd., treasurer; Sara Lilygren, of Tyson Foods Inc., secretary; and Dave McDonald of OSI Group LLC, immediate past chairman.
