A new feed milling education program has been developed in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at North Carolina State University (NCSU) to meet anticipated feed industry needs for more college graduates.
The new academic program currently provides a minor degree in feed milling. A more comprehensive program of undergraduate and graduate work is being developed in conjunction with the completion of the feed mill facility.
Besides the college course work, a program of Extension workshops and feed mill research will be developed.
