Keeping another generation on the farm, as well as giving consumers what they want, were driving forces to the latest expansion of the Boerboom Ag Resources hog operation.
The Boerboom family opened their new sow farm near Vesta, Minn., to the public Jan. 4 to showcase new technology enabling them to make the transition to group sow housing.
