Mike Pearson kick off the show with a look at how taxes are shaping up for 2020 for farmers. Last year saw a lot of government funds, Glen Birnbaum of Sikich, LLP has some answers. Brian Hoops, Midwest Market Solutions joins Mike to talk about wheat as it moves to the forefront.

Brian Hoops, Midwest Market Solutions rejoins Mike to talk about new corn price targets, big pork prices and beef moving up. In the Colby Ag Tech segment Chad is checking in on the latest go-to drones for producers.

Mike checks in with some fellow farm broadcasters, Carah Hart of the Red River Farm Network and Duane Murley of KWMT Radio of Fort Dodge, Iowa.

Mike hears from Missouri farmer Marc Allison about how the 2021 growing season has started for his operation. Max reports from Kansas, checking in with Randy Roelofsen of Abilene Machine about conditions there. Agricultural Meteorologist Greg Soulje has the weather for the week ahead.

In Max’s Tractor Shed, Max introduces a 1952 Case VAC, owned by Chuck Moughler in New Haven, Indiana. It was Moughler’s grandfather’s tractor. In the FFA Chapter Tribute Mike Pearson chats with Alex Scovill, president of Michigan FFA. He says he's been making the best of COVID with virtual meetings and events. In Samuelson Sez, Orion Samuelson is looking forward to year of real, in-person agricultural events.
