Max Armstrong talks about 'zombie coyotes.' (audio)

Coyotes are a problem across our region. Zombie coyotes, that’s what folks are calling coyotes being seen around Chicago. They are believed to be suffering from sarcoptic mange. Residents warned to stay away from the coyotes.

Corn, soybean, cotton and peanut crops could be badly damaged by Hurricane Irma. Two thirds of corn still in field in North Carolina and none of leaves have dropped on soybeans in North and South Carolina. Lot of Florida cotton crop would be vulnerable to wind and rain.

You might not buy this crop on a regular basis, but if you do, the price has skyrocketed. If you buy avocadoes, you may have noticed the price jump. It’s about double in price for a year ago. There are supply problems due to poor weather.
