Max Armstrong talks about special elections, crop conditions and Singapore.

Voters in a few states can go to the polls today for special elections, including North Dakota and Wisconsin.

Crop conditions slipped just slightly for corn and soybeans in the last week. Missouri corn dropped 11 points over the last week to 56% good/excellent.

The president is in Singapore, and Max recalls a visit there. Quality of life and education are good, and punishment is incredibly strict. Back in the 1990s, a boy was caned for spray-painting a car.
