Max Armstrong talks about a death row murderer, mega churches, benefits of chocolate milk and national anthem opinions.

Paula Dire would be 37 now, but when she was 7 she was murdered. It's taken 30 years, but her murderer will be put to death tonight.

One of the early "mega churches," Willow Creek, had the entire board under the current pastor resign. 

There hasn't been a lot of good news about milk lately. However, chocolate milk has garnered attention as a good post-workout meal. 

Former running back Jim Brown says he'd never kneel for the national anthem. He's 82, and supports players' rights, but doesn't agree with it.
