Illinois State Troopers found 29-year-old driver on interstate ramp with needle sticking out of his arm. This is fairly common.
Police at York, Neb., were likely not expecting to find driver, 80, and his female companion, 83, with 60 pounds of high-grade marijuana in their possession. It was for Christmas presents, the couple told the police.
