Did you hear that report about the number of homeless in the U.S.? It went up last year for the first time in seven years. It went up the most in the high-cost regions. Minneapolis, Chicago and Detroit still have homeless too. Rents are rising faster than incomes, forcing neighbors into streets. This is everybody’s problem, Ben Carson said.
