Max Armstrong reports that the public comment period remains open for a few more days concerning a Securities and Exchange Commission proposal that would require climate disclosures by public companies. The American Farm Bureau Federation has voiced opposition to the proposal, but Max shares the farm group is not alone. Many groups say the approach is not under the purview of the SEC.
