Max Armstrong shares insight on a new Kansas State study looking at consumer mean, or non-meat, choices

Max Armstrong reports on a recent survey from Kansas State University looking at consumers and plant-based meat substitutes and their thoughts. It turns out the consumers are willing to pay more based on their lifestyle choices. Max digs into the survey showing that 70% of respondents were regular meat eaters while 30% identified as vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian or others.
