The Minnesota Pork Congress returns for another engagement at the Minneapolis Convention Center, Jan. 19-20, 2011 with a number of timely seminar offerings.
On Jan. 19, show participants can attend Transport Quality Assurance certification, Washington DC and World Outlook and Operation Main Street Refresher Course in the morning.
That afternoon, participants can attend sessions on what has been learned about pit foaming, an update on porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome, Manure Applicators Workshop and Operation Main Street Refresher Course.
On Jan. 20, morning seminars cover state legislative update, feeding pigs with $5-plus corn and a market outlook.
That afternoon, attendees can learn how to attract and keep valuable farm employees and attend Pork Quality Assurance Plus certification.
