Ott has been with Country View for 20 years and, prior to his new position, served in many different leadership roles throughout the company, most recently as the vice president of production. He has been instrumental in adding value to Clemens Food Group and Country View, and has helped lead several large-scale projects, such as the transition to group hog housing and the antibiotic-free pork initiative. Before his time at Country View, Ott worked in a variety of management-level roles at a number of farms, including White Oak Mills, and Ruth Family Farms. Ott holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Sciences with a minor in Extension Education from Penn State University.

"All of us are excited to work with Aaron. We know that he lives by our core values and mission, and that he will continue to build a sustainable team at Country View, and bring his years of expertise and some incredible ideas to the team," says Craig Edsill, president of Clemens Food Group, parent company of Country View Family Farms.
