Young veterinarian puts animal welfare first and foremost

Young veterinarians, like Natalie Baker, help remind hog producers of the higher-than-ever animal welfare standards pork consumers are demanding these days. Natalie along with her father, John Baker, also a veterinarian, discuss with farm broadcaster Max Armstrong the importance of focusing on individual pig care and encouraging pork producers to consciously think what is right for the pig. Everyday, the Bakers are not just doing what they think is the right thing to do, but also demonstrating and talking about it with their clients.
