Nearly 500 hog producers and swine business professionals invested in education and gathered at the Iowa State University campus for the fifth annual Iowa Swine Day hosted by ISU along with the Iowa Pork Industry Center and the Iowa Pork Producers Association. The full-day event provides insightful information from leading experts focusing on topics vital to today’s pork industry. Pork industry topics of the day included antibiotic use, water quality, risk management, sustainability, gene editing and trends in facility management.
