The Presidential Advisory Council on Combatting Antibiotic-Resistant Bacteria will hold its first public meeting Sept. 29 in Washington, D.C.
Members of the advisory council will be sworn in at the meeting and will be presented with an overview of different topics concerning antibiotic resistance, including a discussion of the National Strategy for Combatting Antibiotic-Resistant Bacteria and Action Plan for Combatting Antibiotic-Resistant Bacteria.
