Minnesota Pork Congress took over the Minneapolis Convention Center in downtown Minneapolis Jan. 19-20, presenting Minnesota’s only trade show and educational event dedicated exclusively to pork production and pork producers.
Hog producers could wander through the many aisles of the latest products and services to aid in hog production. If information is what they were looking for, seminars with topics ranging from trade and industry outlook, to antibiotic-use and the latest in disease surveillance filled the schedule.
