“Applying the Basics” is the theme for the 36th annual meeting of the American Association of Swine Veterinarians (AASV), March 5-8, 2005 in Toronto, Canada.
The Howard Dunne memorial lecture on “Lifelong Learning: Applying Science in Practice,” will be presented by AASV Vice President Scott Dee, DVM, University of Minnesota.
Other talks will cover porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS), biosecurity, immunology, personnel management and grow-finish considerations.
