Calling all pork enthusiasts, make your plans now to attend the 2017 World Pork Expo. Brought to you by the National Pork Producers Council, the Expo takes place June 7-9 at the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines.

“Anyone who hasn’t been to World Pork Expo is missing out,” says Ken Maschhoff, Illinois pork producer and National Pork Producers Council president. “Whether you’re the boss or an employee, taking some time off to attend Expo can pay back the business in a variety of ways because there’s always something to learn.”

Bring the family and plan to stay all three days as the schedule is jam-packed full of events with activities for everyone. So, join us in counting the reasons you and anyone involved in the swine business should attend the largest pork-specified event in world. Here is World Pork Expo by the numbers.

Online registration is now available. Individuals heading to Expo can register online through June 1 and receive a discounted rate of $10 per adult (ages 12 and up), which covers all three days of Expo. On-site registration will be $20 per adult, with a special Friday-only rate of $10.
