Deadline nears to submit scientific abstracts for Leman Swine Conference

You only have a few days left to submit your scientific abstract for presentation at this year’s Allen D. Leman Swine Conference at the River Centre in St. Paul, Minn., Sept. 19-22. Abstracts will be accepted until July 10, and no extensions will be allowed.

Those wishing to submit abstracts are encouraged to review the guidelines and instructions. Abstracts that do not follow the guidelines will be returned to the author, and will not be accepted. The number of presented abstracts is limited to a maximum of 60 to ensure scientific rigor.

All student abstracts will be reviewed by an academic committee comprised of three recent Science in Practice award winners. Abstracts will be evaluated based on scientific merit and originality. The top four abstracts will be recognized at the conference.

Those accepted for a poster presentation will be notified via email by Aug. 12. The first author must register for the main conference and present their work during the Harrisvaccines Opening Reception on Sept. 20 at the Crowne Plaza St. Paul Riverfront Hotel.

Registration for the 2015 Allen D. Leman Swine Conference, the premier swine health conference, is open. For more information, click here
