Max Armstrong looks at the work of Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, who is promoting his work to help farmers in the state. Max also talks about the work by Cruz to have cottonseed designated as an oilseed so those farmers can take part in the commodity title of the farm bill. Max looks at Cruz work which appears in opposition to the conservative think tank The Heritage Foundation.
