Tonisity Inc. adds four new team members

Tonisity Inc., maker of Px, the first isotonic protein drink for pigs, has added four regional services representatives to work with the growing number of producers and veterinary clinics incorporating the revolutionary product into their protocols.

They include:

Katlyn Kahler, Ames, Iowa, was recently named a regional services representative for Tonisity Inc. She obtained a B.S. degree in animal science, studied swine operations abroad and has worked with PigCHAMP, National Pork Producers Council and Harris Vaccines. She also received a swine sciences certificate from Iowa State University.

Heather Rossi, Perry, Kan., was recently named a regional services representative for Tonisity Inc. Rossi worked in the dairy industry for 10 years but has spent the last eight years working in swine breeding, farrowing and nursery facilities.

Codie Swope, St. Joseph, Mo., was recently named a regional services representative for Tonisity Inc. Still involved in his family farming operation, Swope previously worked as a physical education teacher and coach.

Scott Westra, Ames, Iowa, was recently named a regional services representative for Tonisity Inc. Westra has raised and shown pigs for 15 years. In fact, he showed the champion gilt at the World Pork Expo Cross Classic four of the last five years. The Iowa State University graduate completed an internship with Premier Pork in Sioux Center, Iowa, before joining Tonisity.

The addition of these team members means that collectively, there is now more than 200 years of animal health industry experience at Tonisity that is being engaged with swine producers and veterinarians throughout the United States.
