The 2018 Minnesota Pork Congress kicks off on Tuesday, but related activities get under way today with the annual meetings of the Minnesota Pork Board and the Minnesota Pork Producers Association.

Annual awards will be given tonight at the awards reception honoring recipients of the 2018 Minnesota Pork Industry Awards.
