Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Lisa Jackson announced that she will be stepping down following President Barack Obama’s State of the Union address in January. Jackson said, “I will leave the EPA confident that the ship is sailing in the right direction and I am ready in my own life for new challenges, time with my family and new opportunities to make a difference.”
