Court Rejects Challenge to RFS Rulemaking

 

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit rejected the National Chicken Council’s petition challenging the Environmental Protection Agency’s rulemaking on the Renewable Fuels Standard (RFS2).  Growth Energy and the Renewable Fuels Association, in a statement, said, “With the Court denying this latest challenge, they have vindicated the rulemaking process of the RFS2.  The RFS is arguably the nation's most effective energy policy.”
